VA says it certified the facility to accept VA patients for skilled nursing and that VA per-diem payments can help cover care for eligible Veterans who are enrolled in VA health care and require skilled-nursing care (Veterans’ Home of Wyoming; VA certification announcement).

The Veterans’ Home admissions page says resident fees are based on the individual’s ability to pay and lists its admission process and eligibility information.
