Medicaid LTSS is Rhode Island’s long-term-care program

Rhode Island uses the name Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or Medicaid LTSS, for Medicaid-funded long-term care. There is more than one delivery route

EOHHS’s older-adult guidance lists three LTSS delivery choices after clinical and financial eligibility: managed long-term services and supports, fee-for-service Medicaid, and self-direction. The named managed options are Neighborhood INTEGRITY and the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE.
